The DAC has two new Kinesis Stations – the Step/Squat and the Core Stations!  Jump in with Andrew Chaddick, CSCS, PES for a demonstration on how to get started.  Follow along with the exercises for each machine below shown at increasing levels of intensity, coordination, and muscle activation.
